Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe
The brief : 

Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe have achieved a high profile for their wind turbines. Caboo has stepped in on several occasions to provide promotional materials for their launches and exhibitions.

Not surprisingly, this Japanese- owned company has elaborate corporate identity guidelines within which we had to work, while producing a strikingly creative solution.

The timescales were tight.

Our solution: 

Among the promotional materials we have produced for Mitsubishi is a powerful backdrop for the announcement of their takeover of Artemis Intelligent Power, a Loanhead-based company, and the launch of the Centre for Advanced Technology in December 2010.

This featured in the media coverage as a dramatic image which captured the character of wind power. More recently we produced, to tight deadlines, an exhibition stand for a major wind energy exhibition in Germany.

GateHouse: learning and development prospectus

GateHouse Learning and Development Prospectus
The brief : 

The prospectus of GateHouse training had evolved into a crowded document that was not easy to use. The cover was trying to be all things to everyone and succeeded only in looking a mess. We were asked to rethink the whole document so that it worked as a powerful sales tool.

Our solution: 

We started from scratch, rewriting the text in direct and simple language. We colour-coded each section to make it easier to use and to locate a particular course. We created a simple, bold cover so that ‘It does what it says on the tin’. We used strong colours so that the document stands out when it lands on the desk. The familiar logo was retained but the new overall branding was used to great effect in marketing materials.
